Specialization in South /North America and Europe
Operating through a vast network of 9,000 serviceable locations and 1200 branches, we cover South/north America and Europe. Our reach extends from major commercial hubs to the tiniest villages, reflecting our deep-rooted presence and specialization in serving every corner of South/north America and Europe. All of our warehouses are equipped with best in line CCTV facilities ensuring safety of all of our customers’ parcels and packages. We also provide digitalized PODs (Proof of Delivery) to ensure that the right parcels reach the right people.
Our Team
Our success is driven by a strong team comprising 250 travelling representatives, 1000 hub staff, and a multitude of delivery personnel. Additionally, our departmental heads, managers, and executives bring professional expertise to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service quality.
Our Network
With 73 strategically located hubs, our operations are well-supported for efficient transshipment. The administration of these hubs, along with our registered office in Chennai and regional offices in key cities, is equipped with modern communication systems and computerized administration to ensure smooth functioning
Fleet Management
.We manage a diverse fleet of approximately 200 vehicles, including major (20/17/14-foot containers) and minor (407/Tata Super Aces) vehicles. These vehicles are equipped with GPS systems for efficient tracking and are operated by trained staff to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Online - Tracking
Our advanced tracking system enables us to barcode each consignment, allowing for real-time tracking through our inter-linked computer systems. Our customer care operates dedicatedly to provide timely status updates, and our R&D department continuously works on enhancing our tracking system for improved efficiency.

These include a dedicated Key Account Executive for personalized service, daily MIS reports for performance monitoring, and a 5-level escalation matrix for issue resolution.
